Placing an Order
When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Little Orange Toybox cannot accept an order until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges.
Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made.
Declined Credit Card
If a debit card or check card is used to make a purchase on the our website, and the purchase was not accepted for any reason (e.g. failed Address Verification or Card Security Code Verification), please be aware that most banks will hold the "authorised" funds (counting against your balance until the authorisation clears) even if your order was rejected by our security measures. The most common reason for the failed transaction is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address for the debit/check/credit card being used for payment. Our Address Verification System (AVS) security measures will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch.
LittleOrangeToybox.co.uk does not have the capability to release the bank's temporary hold on authorised funds and cannot be responsible for the policies of the customer's banking institution regarding the holding of authorised funds. Please note that authorisation fund holds last for varying periods, depending on the issuing credit card company's policy. The period may be as little as three days, but may be longer. We suggest that the customer contact the issuing credit card company or bank in order to resolve these types of situations.
Delivery
For orders over £65, standard delivery is Free.
Standard delivery charges for orders under £65 is only £3.95.
Little Orange Toybox can only deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses. We do not offer delivery to remote or off-shore locations, including but not limited to the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man. All orders will be delivered to a single address.
Delivery timescales are set out in our Delivery Information page. All delivery times are estimates. We will try our best to meet the outlined delivery schedule but shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within these stated time frames.

We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 7 days of when we receive payment from you and give you the opportunity to wait or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order at that stage we will give you a full refund.
We will always endeavour to give one single delivery where possible to minimise any inconvenience, but where certain items in your order are being sent direct to you from one of our partner suppliers this will not be possible. These products will be clearly identified.
All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18.
If no-one is available to take the delivery, our courier will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery. Little Orange Toybox may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges. Little Orange Toybox cannot be held responsible for any third-party charges incurred due to non-delivery of an order.
Due to insurance guidelines, delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences. The recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.
Pricing
We do not 'price match' our products, however we constantly monitor the prices of our products with comparable online retailers and endeavour to ensure our prices are competitive. These prices may be higher or lower than in comparable high street stores.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.
Our site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will at our discretion either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation e-mail.
Guarantees
Guarantees on the products we sell are provided by their respective manufacturer. These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
You may cancel your orders at any time before they are dispatched to you.

Returns and Refunds
You may return a product for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery and we promise to give you a refund.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 3 days of the product being delivered to you.
Returns cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
You can obtain a RAN by sending an email to csteam@littleorangetoybox.co.uk including your order number, postcode, contact telephone number, details of the product to be returned and the reason for the return.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. All refunds will be made within 21 days of notification to the account originally used to purchase the product.

As a responsible retailer, we are aware that minors can access and use our website. We do not knowingly sell to children. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.
