Cancellations & Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to the specific information below when returning an item to us.


 

Damaged or Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is damaged or faulty, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund, including delivery charges, provided we are notified of any defects within 3 days of the product being delivered to you.


 

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

You may return a product for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery and we promise to give you a refund, excluding any delivery charges, provided we are advised of the proposed return within 14 days of the product being delivered to you.


 

Returning your Item

Before returning a product to us you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) from our Customer Services Team. You can obtain a RAN by sending an email to csteam@littleorangetoybox.co.uk including your order number, postcode, contact telephone number, details of the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

Please Note: Returns cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.


 

Posting your Item

Firstly download and print our returns label from here: Returns Label Document PDF

Write your name, address and unique 'Returns Authorisation Number' in the spaces provided on the form. Detach the label section and attach this securely to your parcel.

Ask the Post Office to stamp & sign your 'Proof of Posting' certificate and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. 

Please note the label is NOT pre-paid and customers are required to return unwanted orders at their own cost


 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received into our warehouse we will either dispatch a replacement or process the refund. 

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

Whilst every effort is made to process refunds in a timely manner it may take up to 14 days for your refund to show on your card or account.


 

7 Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt), to cancel your purchase (excluding software which has been unsealed). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.


 

Additional Information

  • Refunds are not available on 'free with purchase' items, unless all other products are returned.
  • If you return a single item that was purchased as part of a multi-buy discount offer (e.g. 'buy 2 for £15') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded the full multi-buy value.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
